How this statement is structured
The tested activity is printed newest-first. Each booked row may be followed by a date, Transaction ID and Reference line, so those metadata lines are joined to the correct movement before rows are normalized chronologically.
Statement controls recognized
- GBP statement title
- GBP balance on the ending date
- Signed movement
- Running balance
What the spreadsheet can contain
- Chronological transactions
- Transaction IDs and references in descriptions
- Debit or credit from signed movement
- GBP running balances
Validation performed before confidence
- Every running-balance transition is checked
- The latest balance is compared with the printed GBP balance
- When no start balance is printed, it is inferred only if the complete ledger reconciles
Opening balance + credits − debits = ending balance
What you must review
- A description such as Converted GBP to USD must not change the account currency
- Wise Charges are booked movements
- This page documents the tested GBP layout, not every Wise currency or report
Convert the statement
- Download the original PDF directly from your bank or provider.
- Open the converter and select the PDF. Statement contents are processed locally in your browser.
- Confirm the detected currency, transaction count, balances and warnings.
- Compare every row with the source before downloading Excel or CSV.
