Use a clear subject such as “Conversion support”, “Privacy request” or “Security report”. We aim to review genuine enquiries as reasonably practicable.
Before reporting a conversion error
- Check the original PDF against the exported rows.
- Describe the bank, statement layout and the missing or incorrect field.
- State whether the PDF is text-based or scanned, if known.
- Remove personal information before sharing any screenshot or sample.
Do not email an unredacted bank statement
Remove names, addresses, account and card numbers, customer IDs, QR codes, barcodes and transaction references that could identify a person or account. We do not need real financial identities to diagnose a layout problem.
