How this statement is structured

The tested source schema is DATE · DESCRIPTION · CURRENCY · AMOUNT · FEES · TOTAL. A Total value may appear on the following visual line and must be joined to its transaction.

Statement controls recognized

  • Transaction currency
  • Amount
  • Fees
  • Total
  • Total Amount

What the spreadsheet can contain

  • All detected source columns in source order
  • Signed Amount and Total
  • Fees as a separate numeric column
  • Transaction descriptions and identifiers

Validation performed before confidence

  • The Total column is compared with reported Total Amount
  • Fees are displayed separately without being counted twice
  • Only populated relevant worksheets are produced

Opening balance + credits − debits = ending balance

What you must review

  • Amount and Total are not interchangeable when fees apply
  • PayPal exports vary by report type and locale
  • Multiple currencies must be reviewed transaction by transaction

Convert the statement

  1. Download the original PDF directly from your bank or provider.
  2. Open the converter and select the PDF. Statement contents are processed locally in your browser.
  3. Confirm the detected currency, transaction count, balances and warnings.
  4. Compare every row with the source before downloading Excel or CSV.
